To provide the service we rely on third-party providers that process data exclusively on our behalf and according to our instructions. They fall into the following categories: cloud and database infrastructure, market data processing, Amazon data providers, artificial intelligence services, transactional email delivery, payment processing and usage analytics and site statistics.

Some providers are based in the United States. Transfers take place on the basis of standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

The complete and up-to-date list of providers is available on request by writing to sales@burst-marketplace.com.

About AI: when you ask the assistant a question, data about the market being analyzed and your question are sent to the model provider to generate the answer. They are not used to train models and are not stored beyond the time needed to produce the answer.

5. Transfers outside the European Union

Some providers are based in the United States. Transfers are carried out on the basis of standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission, or other adequacy mechanisms provided for by applicable law.

6. How long we keep the data

  • Account and usage data: for the entire duration of the relationship and for 24 months after account closure.
  • Accounting and tax data: for the period required by applicable law, in any case no less than 10 years.
  • Support requests: 24 months from the closing of the request.
  • Technical logs: 12 months.
  • Scanned market data: remains in the database even after account closure, in a form not linked to your identity, as it constitutes the service's information asset.

  • access your data and obtain a copy of it
  • request rectification if it is inaccurate

What we use

Necessary technical cookies. They are used to keep you logged in and to remember your language, marketplace and theme preferences. Without them the service does not work. They do not require consent.

No advertising cookies. We do not use profiling cookies, advertising tracking cookies or third-party cookies for marketing purposes.

Analytics cookies. These are third-party cookies that let us measure how the service is used (page views, features used) in aggregate form. They are installed only if you accept the banner: if you refuse them, the service still works in full.

How to manage them
