What you can do with credits
The cost is always displayed on the button before confirming. There are no surprise charges.

Two categories are complete and free. Not a reduced version: you can browse them entirely, run analyses, view products, visibility shares and positioning, and ask questions to the assistant. No card required and no time limits.
Questions about payments
Do credits expire?+
They remain valid for twenty-four months from purchase. They do not expire on their own and there are no automatic renewals.
Can I try without paying?+
Yes. Two categories are complete and free, with the same data as any other: keywords, products, visibility shares, positioning, and assistant. They are designed to help you understand what you get before deciding.
How do I pay?+
By card, through Stripe. Card data does not pass through our systems and we do not store it.
Can I get an invoice?+
Yes, it is issued automatically for every purchase and you can find it in your dashboard. If you are a European company, enter your VAT number during payment and reverse charge will be applied.
Is a subscription required?+
No. You buy credits when you need them, without recurring commitments and without having to cancel anything.
Can I change my pack?+
There are no plans to change: you purchase the pack you prefer each time, and the credits are added to those you already have.
If an analysis fails, do I lose credits?+
No. If an operation fails due to a technical problem on our end, the credits are refunded: just report it to support.
Can I get a refund?+
Purchased credits are non-refundable. This is why we have provided two complete and free categories: try them before buying.
